About Denise

Denise Gann is a central Washington native and has been in the Wenatchee valley for over 10 years. Denise started her career by working in the banking industry. She changed her career path when she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Western Governs University in 2017. After teaching for a year, Denise took on the full time stay at home job, of raising & home schooling her three children, Wallace (8), Elliot (6), and Lincoln (6). Denise spends her spare time being involved in her church, reading, and gardening. While Denise has enjoyed teaching, she decided to add another skill to her resume by transitioning into real estate. Denise joined the Laura Mounter group in 2020.

Being married to a 3rd generation builder, Denise has a unique skillset and knowledge base of the land and opportunities in the valley. This allows her to not only guide her clients through the home buying and/or selling experience, but also the building experience. For first time buyers, sellers and builders, it can be an overwhelming process, and Denise is prepared to provide simplicity and ease for her clients. For those that may be more experienced in the process, Denise can also provide her extensive knowledge to provide unknown insights.
