I cannot express the gratitude in having Denise as my agent. I got myself into an unforeseen mess of a situation after contractors ruined a home I had bought for a family member who then backed out of wanting the home. I am a busy business owner who lives 6 hours away and Denise went the extra mile to get me in touch with good contractors who could help fix the mess & even took her own time to let people in to quote or to install carpet or whatever I needed from afar. This type of service is so rare these days that it deserves extreme appreciation. She was not only an amazing agent to the listing of the home, she was a lifesaver to getting this house fixed and sold. Five stars doesn't even do her justice!

Denise was wonderful in helping me with the sale of my home. My house was listed and sale was pending 3 days later. Selling or buying can be very stressful but I knew I could always count on Denise to answer any questions I had day or night. She always had my best interest at heart and would discuss options and give me advice on what to do. If you are in need of a fun, caring person who has your back Denise is the way to go.
