Denise was helpful and a key player in the successful sale of our home. Our home was located out of state and Denise did the research for us and helped us to find one of the top selling realtors in Maryland who gave us sound advice and made the sales process easy. Not knowing what to look for in a realtor, Denise's expertise was exactly what we needed. I highly recommend her as she is not only knowledgeable, she is also professional, responds quickly, and keeps you updated on the process.

Denise is an amazing realtor. Within the first two meetings we were confident she would find us our home. Denise listens to your needs and helps with the selection of homes available. She has an in with listings that haven’t hit the public market. We never wasted any time. We were comfortable with her. We gave her honest opinions of the homes we saw. She gave us her honest opinion of homes we saw. That helped us narrow our search and objectives. Denise makes sure you are happy with your choice. We would use her again and recommend her to everyone we know.

Denise was super helpful throughout our first home buying experience. She walked us through each step & was always open to help when needed. Denise was quick to respond to questions & pointed out things that we, as first time home buyers, wouldn’t have noticed/looked for. Never once did she try to push us into making a purchase that wasn’t a good fit for us. I couldn’t recommend Denise enough to anyone looking for a realtor! She will do everything in her power to find you your perfect home.

Buying a home during the middle of a pandemic was not an easy task.

We had a great experience working with Denise. I couldn’t believe how responsive she was to all of our requests and questions, and she knew far more than we ever hoped to about the process of selling a home. She proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave us good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. I thought selling the house would be the most stressful part of the process, but Denise was incredible and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommended!
