About Denise

Denise’s induction in Real Estate was out of college where she sold Real Estate advertising for the Sun Sentinel in South Florida.

Her career remained in the newspaper industry for many years and several states. In the early 2000’s, during the refi boom, she stumbled into the Title Insurance Industry. She ran a division of a National Title Company in Texas where she worked very closely with national lenders, abstractors, and appraisers. That eventually led her to Central Florida. With that, Denise felt the desire to obtain a Real Estate license at the end of 2006. Little did she know, the boom was over so strived very hard to become a successful Realtor in a down market.

Denise then obtained her Broker’s license in 2011 and in 2013 opened Korr Realty Corp. She currently has nineteen incredible and diverse Agents.

Originally from the mid-west, where she studied at MichiganStateUniversity, Denise ended up obtaining her Bachelors’ of Arts in Communications at FloridaAtlanticUniversity. She is a seasoned sales and marketing executive. A tenacious leader skilled at orchestrating optimal solutions for clients’ needs. She possesses highly effective interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills. Denise has an instinctive multi-task nature of which she excels in over-coming any obstacle to achieve the best result for her clients.
