I want to share my amazing experience I had from Brooke Owens real estate Phil was our man ☺️. Back in summer of 2020 my Dad who was a contractor at the time fell 30 feet from a tree making him now paralyzed from the waist down. Myself and my husband had to make a tough decision to sale our old house which was only 900 sq ft to accommodate for my parents moving in with us. I reached out and shortly received several different emails from real estate firms but there was one person that stood out by the way Phils email was worded I could tell he cared so I reached out to him. All the fun began we drug poor Phil through so many different houses after the first house he knew what we needed and even made house runs for us when our schedules just didn’t work out we faced timed and walked through the whole house. After about a month or so looking we finally found the house we wanted. Phil then helped us with the selling of our little house which needed tons of work but he understood my Dad was my handyman and we just didn’t have the money to fix anything from a licensed professional so he hooked us up with services we could afford and even helped us giving us a little extra money. I want to give 5 stars because of this one individual at Brooke Owens he not only was our real estate man but now he is a friend for life he bent over backwards to help us out and you can’t get that from the higher end well known real estate companies. I will forever always be great full for the service we received from Philip Popielski from Brooke Owens real estate.

For my most recent sale of a rental home, she handled everything from finding a company to clean the house for us, to getting the new carpet installed, to finding a handyman to do a few repairs. I cannot believe that I did not leave a review after we bought our first house but I guess the whirlwind of being a new home owner set in and I forgot! Exactly a year later Denise still ceases to amaze us. During the transaction in the craziest of housing markets she made us feel calm and confident! A year later we got a beautiful bouquet of flowers celebrating our 1 year anniversary of the purchase of our first home! I could not recommend Denise enough! She is an amazing realtor and this is coming from someone who used to work in the industry! In a year wrought with COVID and financial uncertainty, when it came time to sell our house of seven years my wife and I wanted a REALTOR we could trust to educate and navigate us through the craziness of the real estate market--from the planning table to the closing table.

This is where Vicki Baxter at Brook-Owen Real Estate came in. Vicki is one of those rare agents who recognizes that real estate isn't just about property, it's also about people. From the moment that we sat down at the planning table, we could tell Vicki was knowledgeable in her field. Rather than immediately bombarding us with market comps and a long list of things that we were going to need to do to our home, she sat down and just listened to us; our thoughts, concerns, questions, and what we were really hoping to get out of the transaction.

To help arrive at a listing price, she shared market comparisons, value-added staging recommendations (she has a background in interior design!) and also a few go-to-market strategies for us to pick from. Honestly, all of the information was a bit overwhelming at first, but this where Vicki's communication skills really shined. Vicki walked us through all of her work step-by-step, explaining the pros and cons of each approach in clear, easy to understand manner.
