Denise is a great person and a great realtor. I have known her for over 20 years. I moved away from Wichita for 11 years. When we decided to move back to Wichita we contacted Denise. She recommended a realtor in Tennessee to me. We ended using that realtor which was a great decision. In the meantime Denise was looking for me in Wichita. When she found a house I was interested in looking at she would FaceTime me as she toured the house. I ended up buying a house from Denise all the while living in Tennessee. She set everything up for a nice buying experience. My brother in law also sold his house using Denise and had a great experience. I highly recommend Denise weather selling or buying or both. You can’t go wrong using Denise Lewis for your realtor.

Denise sold our house in 2 days! Denise is friendly, energetic, easy to talk to, respectful and knowledgeable.

We decided to make an offer on a house without truly being prepared to sell our current house, but Denise walked us through the process, giving us tips and ideas to get our house market ready as quickly as possible. And those tips worked! In 2 days, we had multiple showings and offers and sold for a great price.

When purchasing, Denise was knowledgeable about the area, different contractors, fixes that should be made, everything! If we had a question or concern, she helped us find the solution right away. Paperwork is done quickly and she explains everything in a way that made the process easy to understand.

I'm extremely grateful and pleased with Denise and her hard work. I hope we never have to move again, but Denise would be my first choice if we did.

We've been lucky in that we have not had to move or sell our home for quite some time. Denise was a referral from a friend of ours and she is outstanding. While the process was straightforward, as with any sale there are minor issues. Denise has been a professional of the highest regard - and in some instance done what I would consider to be above the normal duties of a realtor. If you're looking to purchase or sell real estate, you can't do better than using Denise Lewis.

As a first timer navigating all of the ins and outs of buying a house, I could not have asked for a better realtor than Denise. Aside from being super sweet and personable, she knows her stuff! I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. She helped ensure that things went smoothly and were done in a timely manner.
