Denise Marshall

For 19 years, Denise Marshall has applied her passion for real estate to the task of helping clients exceed their unique and personal goals. In turn, they repeatedly commend her great listening skills, attention to detail and her seemingly limitless patience. Simply put, Denise loves the process of buying and selling homes, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make every transaction a smooth one.

By forming the Creahan Marshall Team, Denise and partner Sheila Creahan ensure that each client receives twice the expertise and attention, and together, they expertly serve clients in Hingham, Boston and throughout the South Shore.

Devoted to keeping her skills and knowledge up to date, Denise has earned multiple designations that focus her expertise, including Luxury Property Specialist, Waterfront Specialist and First Time Home Buyer Specialist. Prior to real estate, she was a sales rep for Xerox and founded her own event planning firm.

Denise holds an MBA from Babson College and a bachelor's degree in business from Baruch College. Her high school years were spent at Archbishop Williams High in Braintree. Born and raised on the South Shore, Denise has resided in Hingham for 33 years where she raised her three children. Currently, she lives in Crow Point, where she loves being close to the water, Hingham Yacht Club and downtown. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, boating, golf, and travel.
