Denise Mattern

Denise has lived in Annapolis since November 2009. Having lived in numerous locations as a prior military family, she is BEYOND thrilled to have found a place to set some roots and to raise her family. The fact that this place is Annapolis? It just doesn't get any better than that to her. She wants her clients to feel that same passion for this AMAZING little town.

Prior to entering the real estate world, she was a stay-at-home mother for almost eight years. With both of her children in elementary school, she found it was time to start her career. Denise loves of homes, Annapolis and people made her decision to be a Realtor an easy one.

From the start, Coldwell Banker Church Circle was her dream office. Her career was made when they recruited her in early 2017. She is blessed to have amazing clients that have helped her achieve award winning years - year after year.
