Formerly a certified organic dairy farmer, Denise’s exceptional work ethic helped her family business to thrive for over 27 years. In addition, Denise spent years working as a paralegal in real estate law and residential tax law in New Hampshire. Denise has a talent for connecting with clients everywhere she goes, and clients often seek her out from all corners of the state; from Monroe to Derry, she continues to build her robust real estate sales portfolio through her hardworking and compassionate approach to serving her clients. Denise draws on her legal experience and her commitment to her customers to provide the highest quality service throughout all stages of the transaction and does not hesitate to fight for her clients. Denise has brought together buyers and sellers all throughout New Hampshire but has made the Lakes Region her home base. She grew up boating and has loved being out on the area’s beautiful water bodies; her strong background in real estate law makes her well suited for navigating the intricacies of many lakefront and water access associations around the Lakes Region.
