I highly recommend Denise! She guided us through the purchase, building and closing of our condo in Florida. Her responses to our questions were timely and experience-based. We were remote during the building process so she took pictures of the progress several times so we could understand where things stood. We recently purchased a home listed by Jean and Denise. We were very impressed with the quality of their listing, and materials and their friendly and prompt responses to all inquiries. We had a smooth closing and gained two friends in the process. We would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a quality realtor.

Update July 2023:

We had been very impressed with Denise & Jean when we purchased our home 2.5 years ago and they represented the seller. So much so that they were our first and only call when we were considering selling the home this year to build a new home.

They certainly did not disappoint in any way. They were patient and provided excellent advice. They found a potential buyer willing to rent our home back to us until our new place is ready. They shepherded the sale all the way through and provided great information and support to us and our purchasers.

We couldn’t be more satisfied and would recommend this dynamite team to any purchaser or seller.

As out of Country buyers they completely simplified the whole process for us and made a potentially stressful situation quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend working with Denise and Jean! I contacted Denise when I was thinking of moving to Florida from NC. She worked with me over the phone and email sending me properties to see what I might like. I came to visit twice and both Denise and Jean took the time to take me to visit various properties. Denise is an Exceptional Realtor who goes above and beyond in every scenario. (Being retired military we have purchased several homes over the years). She maintained constant communication with us online and by phone providing us up-to-date information and changes on homes during our out of state search. During one visit to Florida to view homes there was even one they recommended we NOT purchase as there was structural damage that we missed. Her information on assessments and Florida insurences etc. was an education. (We were in South Carolina). She (and her husband Jean) worked just as diligently when we decided to search new construction and they found us a beautiful home and location we now enjoy. It was a long 10 month process but we now consider them as friends. ANYONE in the market to buy or sell would benefit by working with them. And once we found the perfect home, they continued to work super hard for us. Always prompt to answer phone calls and requests. Where do I start? My wife and I currently live in NJ and we were looking for a second home in Florida. We were given Denise's contact from a family member who is a licensed realtor in NJ. Denise was the consummate agent. She always responded to our calls very quickly. She took us to every location requested and suggested others that she thought we might like, as well. Once we'd made our choice, she guided us seamlessly through all the paperwork and got us closed smoothly. After the closing, she has responded to all our requests for additional status reports on the property since we have yet to revisit the property due to Covid-19 concerns. Not only did she sell us a property but also sold us on the Punta Gorda area. I would, without hesitation, recommend her to friends and family should they wish to find properties in SW Florida.
