Dennis was an absolute pleasure to work with being first time home buyers he answered all of our questions and calls all the time. He guided us through the process teaching us along the way. Always keeping our priorities in his mind never wasting our time. He brought great listings to the table. His insight and information about the houses we were looking at went above and beyond, always showing up on time with all the critical information about the house!!! My wife and I had been looking at homes for several months. One day on zillow, she found one that had just gone on the market. She absolutely loved it, but we were on vacation. She called up the broker listed (Dennis) and set up a time for my parents to see if the house was as good as it looked.

They signed off on it, so two days later on a Sunday night we went to see the house and Dennis was happy to accommodate it.

Since then he has gone above and beyond to stay impartial and fair to both us and the sellers.

I would refer him to anyone looking for a home in his area.

Dennis helped us so much during the process of selling our home; from getting it ready to show, helping us decide on a listing price and helping us to understand he different offers we received. When we ran into some problems with old open permits on the home, he was extremely hands on and helpful navigating our way through it. Our home sold quickly, with multiple offers and way above asking price.

Dennis Clark was a great agent to work with. Always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of the local market. Dennis is also a local RE investor, and since I was looking for a multi-unit investment property, he was a perfect fit! He understood the numbers and criteria an invertor needs for a property to "work", and didn't waste my time showing properties that didn't make sense from an REI standpoint. He took his time showing me multiple homes that fit my criteria, and was always available to provide whatever information was needed to help me find a PERFECT home. He's great if you're looking for a single family home for you and your family and is the only agent I would consider working with for an investment deal.

Dennis Clark was (and still is!) an amazing realtor for us. I was VERY skeptical at first because you never know who’s really on the other end of the call or the internet pic is who you’ll end up being paired with on those realtor sites. Well, Dennis was no joke… the real deal. He took every call, from the first inquiry, and always returned calls if he was too busy to answer immediately.

As first time homebuyers, we were all over the place, having an idea, but not knowing exactly what we wanted in a house. We changed our mind on styles a bunch of times and Dennis was super patient. The more houses he showed us, the more we were able to figure out the direction we wanted to go in. When we thought a house was hideous, and were too afraid to say, Dennis was honest and upfront. He treated each home as if he were the one purchasing it.

My husband is a natural cynic and is always sniffing out the real from the fake. Dennis was a pleasure to work with from day 1. We had so many questions and he handled all of our phone calls so graciously… he STILL picks up the phone for us and we’ve been living in the house over 3 months now! We purchased a home that’d been recently renovated so Dennis served as the liaison for us and the persons responsible for the renovations (and believe me, we had plenty of questions!).

If you’re looking to buy a house in the Hudson Valley/Orange County area, Dennis Clark is your guy. I’m super grateful we were partnered with him and highly recommend his services! My husband and I will point our family and friends looking to move straight to Dennis.
