Dennis Cooper

Born and raised in Duchess County, upon his return from his military service, Dennis began working construction and bar tending. This led him to his three working careers. Construction, food beverage service and now real estate. Having owned, built, renovated and restored numerous properties over the years, he is experienced at all levels of construction. From dealing with sub-contractors, planning boards, zoning boards, architects, engineers, lawyers and bankers over the years, real estate has always been a part of his life.

He also built, owned and operated restaurants in the Hudson Valley for over 25 years, which adds another layer of diversified experience. Crossing the river to West Park some 35 years ago, he knows both sides of the Hudson River. Having operated one restaurant in Dutchess and one in Ulster. Now with the construction and restaurant business in the rear-view mirror, he can now dedicate his time to real estate, both here and in the Adirondacks.
