Dennis helped me sell my Mother's house after she passed away. He helped us gauge the market and set a reasonable price, which helped us sell the house in a few weeks. Because I live on the East Coast, the transaction, including the closing, was accomplished by phone, email, and mail. Dennis was attentive and responsive in all matters.
