I can't say enough good things about Dennis. I will start out by saying that I am a very anal and obsessive person especially when it come to big things like buying a home. We found Dennis through his awesome news mailers that he regularly drops in the neighborhood mailboxes. Through the years I have enjoyed reading his mailers and when we decided to purchase in the neighborhood I really wanted an expert. Dennis has over 30 years of experience and specializes in our neighborhood. Based on Dennis's mailers I thought he would be a very aggressive and arrogant person and he was EXACTLY the opposite. He took us out to look at several properties and always remained very neutral. As well, he respected our wish list of what we wanted in a home and always tried to stick to it, I know some realtors may get pushy just to try to close a deal. Dennis however, remained very calm and collected and always neutral no matter the circumstances. He is so connected in the area that he was able to find us an off market deal and help us get exactly what we wanted! In addition to his real estate connections, he has many connections in the home remodeling area and was a HUGE resource in updating the house we purchased. In fact, on the day of inspection he called all of the contractors for us and had them show up to take a look and bid work. This was a huge help! He is always available for advice or questions. Dennis is amazing at staging and has a keen eye for what looks good so he has a lot to offer on home design and decor. If you are looking for a person who can serve all of your needs in real estate and someone who has great connections Dennis is your guy! As well, he is well respected in the real estate community. We noticed whenever we mentioned to other realtors who we were working with they were quick to say we were in good hands. That says a lot for peers to say that especially in such a competitive environment. Yay for Dennis!
