In the last 20 something years I have bought and sold several million dollars worth of residential, commercial and ranch property through Dennis Kusenberger. I call Dennis my Eagle. Most real estate folks sit around the office hoping someone will call up and want to buy something…I call these sales people Vulture’s….a Vulture hangs around hoping something dies so he can eat. Dennis is a Eagle…he kills his own dinner. It also helps that Dennis is probably the most knowledgeable real estate person in Gillespie County. Buy or sell….I recommend Dennis.
