ABOUT ME: Denny Leroux is a Broker/Owner, and has over 25 years of Sales and Acquisitions Experience Negotiating Deals in the Real Estate Industry. He has an Entrepreneurial Spirit with the ability to work both Independently and Collaboratively. He has represented 100's and 100's of Buyers, Sellers and Landlords and have an excellent understanding of Sales and the home buying, selling, leasing, flipping, renting and negotiating processes.
Denny led the Country writing CASH OFFERS for a National IBUYER. He wrote over 6000 CASH Offers and led the country in referred activations for Redfin Now. As a Disposition Manager, he performed the marketing, negotiation, and sale of the property held by and controlled by our company. He developed and Implemented the company’s pricing strategies, price execution, and overall price management.
He prides himself on building solid, long lasting relationships using my strong interpersonal and networking skills. He has extensive experience using Technology to train Real Estate Agents in Sales and Marketing, Creating KPI’s, Establishing Strategic Deliverables, Listing Presentations, How to Cultivate Leads, Website and Social Media Management, Creating CMA’s, Utilizing Pricing Strategies, the E-I-E-I-O Principle, TLCMAP, working with RPR and other AVM's in the Industry, Distributing our Customized Books as Lead and Selling Strategies to attend more Closings in today’s challenging real estate market. He has developed very strong relationships and work closely with several of the Top Mortgage Companies, Attorneys and Brokers in Worcester County. Lastly, he is an extremely detail-oriented, proactive and motivated Broker/Salesperson.
Opened Mass Home Renovations as a lateral business to capitalize on opportunities and oversee all of my companies projects to better maximize our ROI. Allows for sustainability and more accurate ARV’s using all the resources of the real estate community.
He was recognized for outstanding Sales Performance and Achievement every year at REMAX 2001-2011. RE/MAX Executive Club 2001, RE/MAX 100% Club 2002-2011, Golden Hammer Award 2021.
