About Dennis
Dennis Madden is an Edina Realty Realtor. Being a realtor may sound fancy, but to Dennis it means that he is a nerd…a nerd that happens to be really interested in homes: buying homes, selling homes, helping others with homes and home stuff- you get the idea. Basically, anything that has to do with homes, Dennis wants to know about it.
Dennis started out his real estate career as a loan officer back in 2002. He decided to follow his true passion and become a realtor in 2013. Dennis knew that he was in love with it after the first closing when his client told him how happy they were. It was important to find a career that makes a difference in peoples’ lives. Fast forward a few years and Dennis is still giddy to go to ‘work’ every single day.
Outside of the office Dennis is fortunate to have an incredibly supportive wife and a daughter that makes him very happy. Dennis is very thankful and appreciative of them. They do the usual stuff as a family such as: make slime at home (goo/goop/squishy stuff kids are obsessed with), feed seagulls, and talk about what to have for dinner without making any solid decisions. At this point, they are stuck with him.
So why on earth would you want to work with such a nerdy, empathetic, passionate person? Well, because he is not perfect and he’s no different than you. He spills coffee on himself (pretty much daily), he forgets things sometimes – like his coffee on top of the car, and he makes mistakes sometimes, too. He can be weird/nerdy about things that a ‘normal’ person might not care about, but that is just him. He promises to be genuine and authentic with you from day one.
Sometimes the reason people need a realtor isn’t for a happy reason. Sometimes it is for a happy reason. Whatever your reason is, it is important to Dennis, and he cares about helping you, the right way. It is important to acknowledge every situation is unique and what one person seeks might be completely different than another person, and that is perfectly okay.
