Dennis Morgan

Mr. Morgan holds over 30 years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry, and has directly overseen the sale, leasing, planning and development of over 5 million square feet of commercial properties. His experience in the development industry includes the development of Office Buildings, Shopping Centers, industrial properties and apartment complexes. Mr. Morgan is a California licensed Real Estate Broker (CADRE), active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) including the designations of Certified Leasing Specialists (CLS) and Certified Real Estate Executive (CRX), Former California Licensed General Contractor and a Former Certified Public Accountant (CPA-non-active). Mr. Morgan also was acknowledged by CoStar as 2019 Power Broker for the Inland Empire region. In addition, Mr. Morgan has served as a Court Appointed Receiver and expert witness in numerous real estate related actions.
