When searching for a Realtor in the Indiana area to represent you in one of the biggest purchases of your life, when experience matters, when knowledge and marketing skill are of utmost importance. Dennis Scherer is the person that you would choose. He is very professional, dedicated and timely with sensitive or important information during and after your home buying process.
I live in Alaska and contacted and hired Dennis from there to represent me in a home purchase in Indiana. Before visiting Indiana, Dennis was instrumental in showing listing of potential properties with relevant updates. During my visit to Indiana, a daily schedule was created to visit multiple pre-built homes in the same day as well as visiting new construction.
The family decided on a new construction home that was completed in a relatively short time frame despite the present pandemic. I closed on the home and Dennis has been designated to hold the keys for the premises until we arrive later in the year in Indiana

From day one I felt as those I had someone to defer to and trust. Dennis was there for me and my unrelenting questions. From the initial homes to consider we narrowed down what to look at; and Dennis took me to the house I ended up getting as our first walk-through. Everything on his end was seamless and I always felt like I knew exactly what was happening or to expect. After reading all of the 5 star reviews for Dennis, I'd have to say my wife and I wholeheartedly agree with all the nice comments that were posted. I can honestly say that Dennis lives up to each and every one of them. Dennis was extremely helpful, patient and made our buying experience a pleasant one. After living in our former house for 27 years, Dennis helped us to make a smooth, stress-free transition to our new home. Listening to our specific needs he zeroed in on what he thought we were seeking and that house ultimately became our new home. Because of our unique situation and that of the previous homeowners, there was approximately 2 1/2 months before our closing. Dennis was there during the entire period keeping things on track, making sure all of our concerns and needs were met during the buying process. Realty is more than a job or a way to make a living for Dennis, he really enjoys helping people and it shows! Thanks again!

Dennis provided excellent service and found us the land that we were looking for. We looked at many homes that fit our requirements prior to finding this land. He was patient, optimistic, and relentless when looking to meet our needs. In addition to all that, when more info was needed, he contacted builders and local regulators to assist with the build on the property.
He did an erelent job for us and I would use him again in a heartbeat.
