We just bought our first home and it was all because of Dennis! He was super helpful, gave a lot of advice, is super outgoing and fun to work with. My husband and I met Dennis about 3 plus years ago at an open house. We were not ready to purchase at the time but exchanged contact info with Dennis. He continued to check in with us a few times each year to see how things were going. Once we decided we were ready, Dennis was the first one we contacted. He asked us a few questions about what we were looking for and we were looking at houses within a couple days. Dennis is the best! He really pays attention to all the details and provided feedback on each property. He showed us a house I think he knew we would love even though it was not in the area we were looking at. He found our dream home! In less than a month after reaching out to Dennis, we put in an offer and it closed 21 days later. Our entire family thanks you Dennis for finding our forever home!! We highly recommend Dennis. His is knowledgeable, professional, caring, trustworthy, and he’s a good guy all around!

Being a first time home buyer is tough, but Dennis made it straightforward and manageable. He explained the whole process from the very beginning. I knew I’d be able to ask him about any step of the process and that he’d be a true professional. He was so flexible and strived to truly understand what I wanted as a buyer. Never did I feel pressured or coerced into signing/ doing anything that I didn’t understand or want. Dennis went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working even after we got our keys. Dennis is great , he helped buy our home in Carmichael recently, the process went super smooth and he did his part really well at dealing with paperwork and the seller, then he surprised us with a gift of insurance if anything goes wrong with the house and also stopped by and dropped off a house warming gift after we closed. The guy is amazing absolutely recommend him to anyone!

This is now my 4th transaction with Dennis and they have all been very smooth.

Recently, he helped me sell 2 properties and then find my dream home all in a matter of weeks which is unheard of in 2021! He listens and applies all your needs to your home searches.
