Not our first go around working with Denyse Valencia and it wasn’t a coincidence. There’s no one else we’d go through the process with. From finding a home to the closing, it’s all seamless with her at the wheel. Never felt any pressure to choose and somehow always available. She does what she was born to do and that makes her the best of the best. We’ll always reach out when we need her and of course will always highly recommend her.

We met Denyse in 2004 when we were looking to rent out an apartment we had just bought in Teaneck. it didn't take long for her to find us a tenant, at our price. Denyse was able to do that for us several more times and she was always pleasant and professional. When we decided to sell, she was of course, our go-to person and again, she came through for us, despite the difficulties of Covid-19. We always felt that she was sincerely looking out for our best interests and we highly recommend her.

Working with Denyse was a blessing. We couldn't have chosen a better realtor. From working around our schedule, to responding late messages to finding the best options for us. She literally found us our home in record time. We never thought it would go so quick and smooth but she showed us that it is possible to find your forever home in very little time. We had a really bad experience home hunting years ago and stopped because we didn't want to go through the same. It is so important to find the right person to guide you. Denyse is a pleasure to work with. Straight to the point and goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are taken care of. She will get your packages and mail when your in limbo and it helps a lot. Good to be out of NJ but will miss our friend!
