Derek Nanke

Derek is a native of Prescott Arizona which enhances his ability to help others find their next dream home. Derek is a 1995 graduate of Prescott High School and attended College at Youngstown University in Ohio. It didn’t take long for Derek to realize that he was out of his elements as a country boy and quickly returned to the Prescott area. Derek is a family man with 3 children. Derek and his wife June (also a native) strive to raise their family with the same small town feel in which they were raised. Prescott is known for its prestigious outdoor activities allowing Derek and his family opportunities for exploring the beautiful back country. Hobbies include hiking, kayaking, biking, camping, and fishing.

Derek has worked at several local business’ in the area building a career in sales and eventually finding a passion for Real Estate. His roots run deep in the Prescott area as his great grandfather and grandfather started Nanke construction in the early 1950’s. Derek’s role model and father is a local architect designing custom homes thus making Derek a 4th Generation businessman in Prescott.
