I grew up in Mesa, Arizona, and while I don’t miss the summer heat, I do miss the fragrance of orange blossoms every February and March. With a real estate career that began back in 1993—long before the days of Zillow and the abundance of online information we have today, I help people sell their home and find new properties while using all the experience to benefit my clients.

My primary specialty is investment and property management, and my goal is to help people build a profitable and secure real estate retirement portfolio. Bad tenants avoid me, and owners love me because they can sleep soundly at night, knowing their investment properties are in good hands. My eviction rate is less than 1%, which is truly remarkable. I hold the Certified Property Management (CPM®) and Master Property Manager (MPM®) designations along with having the only Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®) in the State of Utah.
