Derek Waite

I am a husband and father of two. My wife Kelli is a wonderful and extremely supportive woman. I am the father of two amazing children, Parker and Sunday. We reside in the greater Wichita area. I am a 6th generation Butler County resident. My great great grandfather homesteaded near Towanda. Real estate was a natural progression for me. My grandfather, Noble Waite, started in Real Estate in 1948. He had a spotless record as a Broker until he retired from the business in the 80's. He owned multiple properties as rentals and investment properties and was also a new home builder. My father, Stephen Waite, started helping him when he was the ripe age of six. I was enlisted to help when I was five. All my life we have owned rental properties, remodeled homes, and built new homes. I started as a licensed Realtor in 1992. I earned my Brokers license 3 years later. In 2000, I opened my own Real Estate Brokerage. In late 2014, we merged with Keller Williams Signature Partners, LLC. We have specialized knowledge in Residential, Investment Properties, Commercial Property, and New Homes. I have been an active member in our community through Church Involvement, El Dorado Inc. member, Kansas Inc. member, multiple El Dorado Chamber committees, and have been highly involved with our education system.
