Deric Raymond

As a proud lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area, Deric is passionate about the local real estate market and truly believes the area has something to offer for everyone. His real estate career began in 1996 as a residential appraiser covering Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties. Having completed thousands of real estate appraisals over the years gives him a tremendous advantage over other agents in the area. While most realtors make a "best guess" at the value of a home via a CMA (comparative market analysis), Deric’s expertise and experience allows him to deliver the most accurate value of the home you're trying to sell or put an offer on to buy.

In 2011 he transitioned to being a full-time Realtor believing his extensive knowledge of the local real estate market could benefit both buyers and sellers. In 2013 he joined Century 21 Executive Team where he quickly became one of its top producers. Deric is fanatical about his level of customer service, consistently winning Century 21's Quality Service Award while going above & beyond to ensure his clients' real estate needs are met.

In addition to his real estate and appraisal experience, he has a solid educational background having earned a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.
