Back in 2013 I started looking for a house more suited to my familie's lifestyle. I met Deron when I made a call about looking at a new build property. My first thought was that Deron was very easy to talk to about why we were looking for a new house and then we just began working together. Little did we know how long it would take and how many challenges and obstacles we'd face with both buying and selling my other home. Deron helped me through every step of the way. He was great to keep me focused and positive when things didn't seem to work out right away, or even just fell apart. I would recommend Deron to anyone who is looking for a Realtor that will have your back, provide straight-talk, listen and most of all, have a good time going through it. Really great guy and very good Realtor. After going through the selling and purchasing process I could see how thorough Deron was compared to other Realtors, not to be disparaging , but he followed the rules, and knew what had to be done and when it had to be done. I would definitely work with Deron again and recommend him highly.

We sent Deron and wife for a night out to the Angus barn and let him know there were no number of dinners we could pay him back with. With the home we purchased, came with 13 competing offers - NO JOKE! He helped us creatively structure our offer to persuade the sellers to accept ours AND THEN assisted us through what was probably the craziest real estate transaction he or any other Realtor has ever experienced. He never waivered, kept our stress level down with his laid-back but diligent work ethic. I honestly know we wouldn't have gotten this property with anyone else on our side. If you're looking for an agent who is persistent and somewhat ruthless on you behalf, here's you guy. He is AWESOME.

We weren't really shocked after getting to know Deron that he was fully in support of our decision and very appreciative of the friendship we had made.
