Derrek Cardinale

I have spent my entire adult life either serving in the Marine Corps Reserves or in sales. I am a husband first, married September of 2013. In 2015 we were blessed with our first daughter! We would go on to have my son in 2017 and then I would be called to active duty for a deployment to the Middle East. While overseas I witnessed the birth of my third child, second daughter, via FaceTime! I would return home to the COVID shutdown and a 6 month old I had never met in person. It was a blessing in disguise for me and my family as I was able to spend an abundance of time with them. The time spent together was so good we ended up having our fourth child, third daughter, on one of my favorite holidays, America’s Birthday, the 4th of July!

While on deployment, I was able to dig deeper and I had a lot of time to read and study. I read a lot and read through the Bible along with some other books. God has really led me to be a provider for my family and has lead me to my passion of helping others and the community. I dove full time into real estate. I work daily on my self-improvement. Always striving to be better for my family and for the community. I started helping out with fundraising for our church’s after school teen centers. I also sit on El Cajon’s Public Safety Facility Financing Oversight Committee. I do what I can to assist in bettering the community.

Since establishing myself as a top-producing agent on the Bob Kelly Real Estate Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties over the past 7 years in San Diego, I continue to bring my loyalty and integrity as well as new energy to the real estate industry and the people I serve. My life experience and Gods grace have changed me and I’m looking at the world with fresh eyes, a new heart and a clear mind. I am honored to be serving the people of San Diego.
