We worked with Bianca of team silvers for over 2 years. She hung with us the whole time sending us pictures of homes and keeping us informed during our search. If we had any questions she had an answer and if she didn't she would find out. Bianca and Derrick are two of the best people. They really care about their clients. I would work with them again without hesitation. You would be hard pressed to find better. So if your looking to buy or sell give them a call.

Team Silvers is the best realtor around Tampa/St. Pete! They made our whole home buying process extremely seamless and was willing to meet us day in and day out to tour homes and find the perfect match. Their level of expertise on the market in Tampa/St. Pete area helped us find a great home with great value. They didn't pressure us on any homes and in-fact told us to avoid certain homes/areas that they didn't believe were a good fit for our lifestyle which helped a lot. We were first time home buyers so had tons of questions and they were always willing to talk through home buying nuances.

Derrick, Bianca, and their team did a fabulous job in helping us locate our home! We had pretty particular criteria and they took the time to listen to our needs and work to try and meet them. They were very professional and knowledgeable and treated us as if we were family. Their responsiveness to questions was very prompt and if they didn't have the answer for us, they found it! As a home buying process is very stressful, they were there to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. We are so pleased and appreciate all the work they put into helping us find our new home. We will be sure to utilize their services again in the future!

Bianca and Derrick Silvers made buying our first house painless and enjoyable. My Husband and I are young and not very knowledgeable about the process of buying a house, but Bianca and Derrick made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly and helped us out more than we knew we needed! They always made themselves available to talk about the houses we were looking into and checked up on us to make sure we were seeing houses that we liked. After about a month and at least 7 different houses we found the perfect house for us. After we bought the house, they helped us even more than was necessary so we could get all of the things we needed done from paperwork to phone calls. When we finally got the keys Derrick and Bianca even made us a sign that said "Nelson and Kim's place". They are great at what they do and we are so greatful for all that they did!
