Typically in our experience with real estate agents, they are personable and they have charm, but what is not typical is for them to be punctual, knowledgeable, and honest.

Our experience with Mr. Milo was a combination of all four those traits that summed up our experience. He was not only knowledgeable about our areas of interest, but he was passionate and honest. He made us feel like he really had our best interest at heart as if he was shopping for himself.

He was very responsive to answer any questions at just about anytime we asked, and he was proactive with our search versus being reactive. For him it wasn't just about the home, but it was about the area and what experiences the area can bring long term.

Needless to say, we are satisfied with our choice of home, thanks to him, and we will use his services again.
