Real estate attorneys for the most part shy away from realtors, as we find them annoying with one interest in place, "when is the closing?".DEXTER JOSEPH, is a extreme and rare realtor/broker. He actually works with the attorney and he is relentless in his efforts to satisfy all parties' needs. His personality, his character and work ethic, assist in making him great in his chosen profession. I never actually believed I would ever be able to work with a realtor and actually depend upon his skills! I would highly recommend him each and every time!
