Before I met Diana two years ago at an open house, I met a lot of realtors. She struck me as a very competent and friendly professional. When I decided to sell my condo, her name came up right away. It turned out that this was one of the best decisions I have made in my life.

Diana is very knowledgeable yet takes her clients? input seriously. She understood my needs and reflected them in every step of the process, e.g. marketing and pricing. She is super efficient, quick in action, works extremely hard which I hardly see. She gave me my market analysis the same day I called her. The next day after we signed the contract at 3pm, she put up the listing the same night. The minute I sent her additions and corrections, she made the changes immediately. She was so well organized and got all the buyers in and we received multiple offers right away. I relied on her outstanding experience and expertise to help me negotiate contracts and pick the offer. Within three days, the condo was under contract with a price higher than listed!

Diana was very proactive and was on top of everything. She made the whole process transparent and less stressful for me by guiding me through every step. Her excellent communication skills and lovely demeanor made her easy to work with the appraiser, lender, buyer?s agent and the law office personnel. Because the sale happened during holiday time, there were some delays. She went above and beyond doing all the heavy lifting by constantly contacting the lender and buyer?s agent.

Diana is professional and very personable. I feel like she is a friend or a family member who was always there 24/7 to help. She was so responsive that whenever I had a question or a comment, she replied with a text message or email the next minute. I felt well respected and received so much attention that I thought I was her only client, but then I found out that she has many bigger deals and mine is only a small condo.

Diana is exceptional. She is a true 5 Star Professional. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is simply the best! I thank her so much for doing such an excellent job! She made me more than happy with the selling process!
