Diana Carrasco is a seasoned marketing and sales professional with over fifteen years of experience serving
the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. She is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland Global
Campus (UMGC), where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Diana is licensed in Washington, D.C.,
Maryland, and Virginia, and brings a comprehensive skill set spanning strategic marketing, radio
broadcasting and operations, transaction management, and full-service real estate advisory.
At the core of Diana’s work is an unwavering commitment to client advocacy and service excellence. She
has built her marketing and real estate practice on principles rooted in active listening, respect,
transparency, and ethical conduct. Her approach prioritizes easing the buying and selling process through
timely and accurate information, consistent communication, meticulous due diligence, and a strong sense
of social responsibility.
Leveraging her background in broadcasting and marketing, Diana has distinguished herself in the DMV real
estate market by delivering innovative and creative strategies that empower clients and drive results. In
2017, she launched her first weekly live radio show, “Invirtiendo en su Futuro” (Investing in Your Future).
Building on its success, in 2022 she introduced “Creando Bienes con Buenas Raíces” (Creating Assets with
Strong Roots), where she serves as both host and producer. The program focuses on educating the
community on real estate investment, personal finance, credit management, and generational wealth
creation, and airs every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. on WLZL 107.9 FM.
Diana’s professional excellence has been consistently recognized. From 2019 through 2025, she earned
awards for real estate performance and individual sales volume for four consecutive years. She is also a
four-time recipient of the Pathways Award (2022–2025) from the Greater Capital Area Association of
Realtors (GCAAR)—a prestigious honor recognizing outstanding contributions to underserved communities
and distinguishing top professionals among more than 12,000 members in the Washington, D.C. region.
A passionate advocate for community empowerment and financial inclusion, Diana has been actively
involved with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP®) since 2019. She
previously served on the NAHREP DC Chapter Board of Directors and as Chapter President in 2023. She
currently remains active on the NAHREP Advisory Board, continuing to support national and local
initiatives that advance sustainable homeownership, leadership development, and wealth creation within
the community.
Further extending her commitment to financial empowerment, Diana also serves as a Board Member of
the Capital Area REALTORS Federal Credit Union, (CARFCU), where she contributes to strategic oversight,
and community-focused financial initiatives that promote access, education, and economic stability.
Before relocating to the United States, Diana completed three years of law school in her native Paraguay.
At the age of 22, she became a published author; her first book, “Desnudando el Alma” (Undressing
the Soul), sold out in its first year. She later co-authored two additional poetry volumes titled “La
Generación de los 90” (The 90’s Generation), reflecting her lifelong dedication to expression, education,
and cultural contribution.
