Diana Ivas was not only very knowledgeable on this area, she was very in tune with the market and what needed to be done to sell my home. I am extremely grateful and very satisfied with the amount of time and effort selling our home along with her constant contact helpfulness throughout this process. We had a fabulous experience with Diana Ivas. My mother is in her 80s and moving to Senior Living. We needed to sell her place. We met Diana and knew immediately she would be great to work with. She was so kind and very patient with my mother. Also, we have a large family with many opinions so we needed a great realtor who could navigate all of these issues. My moms place sold very fast and we are very very grateful for Diana's experience and patience. Highly recommend.

Diana and Chuck have been fabulous at getting perspective buyers to come in and tour the home. I am always given ample time in advance to get the home organized and ready for a showing. It is important to me that we get feedback on the tours afterward so that I know what needs to be improved upon. Diana’s feedback has been great.

Diana Ivas was wonderful to work with! She was very professional, paying attention to all of the important details of selling my house. She explained everything to me, so I felt confident in what we were doing. She was very excited to list my house and I was very happy working with her. She definitely made a stressful time more pleasant for me. Amazingly, my house sold in four days! Diana facilitated all of the necessary paperwork and, again, explained everything to me. After my house sold, she helped me fine a new home. I highly recommend Diana. She’s professional and personable. If I need to sell my house again, I would call Diana!
