About Diana
It was from those experiences I chose to become a realtor and help folks transition their lives into and away from their homes.
I realize that every family has special needs and it is uniqueness that makes finding solutions so much fun. Clients looking for their first home, people being relocated and unaware of new surroundings under a stressful schedule, or perhaps retirees looking to sell their beautiful homes of many years. All unique and having special characteristics.
With seven years as a realtor, my training and experiences span residential and commercial. Finding the right commercial property for my clients, perhaps starting a new business or simply moving office location, has brought me scope and empathy in this multifaceted business.
I have always treated my clients the way I would like to be treated. I love my job and I love to see enthusiasm and excitement on my clients faces when finding the right property or landing the sale.
These experiences have given me ethics and tools needed to perform with proficiency.
Educationally, my background is an economist with specialization in logistics, project management and business development. Economics and market information is a powerful tool.
As my client, you deserve the best analysis and timely communication to make informed decisions. In that you have my trust.

If you are a first-time home-buyer, Diana is the hustler you need to help you find a house that you can call home. Diana is ready to explain everything (on your schedule). She helped me purchase my very first home in Austin, Texas and I'm thankful her expertise is with those looking to purchase a home for the first time. I didn't think it was even possible for me to consider purchasing a home, but it turns out, most first-time home-buyers all think the same way. Diana was patient, answered my questions (sometimes the same questions repeatedly), and listened to what I was (or honestly, didn't know) what I was looking for. Especially in the ATX area, rates are increasing for renters and I felt like I was going to have to really change my lifestyle in order to find a safe, reasonable home and I couldn't live in areas I wanted. My work schedule left me traveling often and only able to chat late in the evening or see homes during short weekend windows. Diana was ready to rock late into the evening hours, worked around my crazy schedule, and negotiated when it came to closing the deal. I think that was definitely the best surprise about Diana, she worked hard for me when making the deal happen and throughout the closing process. Even during the inspection process and final walk-through, Diana was right there with me, asking questions I would have never known as a first time home-buyer. I would absolutely recommend Diana for those relocating to the ATX-metro area or especially those who are thinking about making the switch from renter to owner. You seriously can do it and she'll help you make it happen.
