We are not first time home buyers, but we are amateurs when it comes to this process and needed a realtor that could help us with every step along the way. Diana and her team (we worked with Shannon) exceeded our expectations by 1000 times over. They spent hours on the phone with us, made sure we got the best possible deal for our house and kept us updated whether it was 10PM or 7AM, 7 days a week. Diana is extremely well connected with potential investors, loan officers, mortgage lenders, moving companies, etc. If you need help selling or buying a house I would never use anyone else even if I moved to Alaska.

They are transparent and honest, and they do not tell you unrealistic numbers. They took the time to show us as many houses as we wanted any day, anytime, anywhere. When I mean they are representing you, they not only do their job as a realty company, they treat this entire process as if they were buying their own house. If I could give them 1000/5 stars, that wouldn't be enough. Do not look anywhere else until you have entered their office and have spoken to either Shannon, Kate, or Diana. They know Johnston County and surrounding areas better than any other realtor and have the resources to get your home sold fast, for above the price you want while helping you find your next one as well. They listed our house within hours and communicate within 10 minutes of any updates. Diana was traveling and still took an hour to explain amateur home buying questions.

They are all amazing and will use them and recommend them to anyone I know.
