Diane Curd has been a licensed real estate agent in Manhasset since 2008. She is an active member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, the New York Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Diane’s in-depth knowledge of the local area’s real estate trends and her many connections are tremendous assets to her clients who are considering selling their home or looking for just the right place to raise their family or settle down. Prior to her work in real estate, Diane enjoyed a thriving career as an international bond trader for the Manhattan-headquartered investment banking and financial advisory firm, Oppenheimer & Company. After dabbling over the years in real estate, negotiating the sale and purchase of investment properties for her family, Diane made the decision to transition to a real estate career, becoming a full-time, licensed real estate agent. She and her husband decided to move back to his hometown of Manhasset, and over the last 25 years of living and raising two children in this small hamlet located in Long Island’s North Shore, Diane has become intimately familiar with Manhasset’s schools, homes, and lifestyle, as well as its surrounding towns. Diane has genuinely enjoyed her work, getting to know her clients, and helping them to find their perfect home. Along with her experience of the community and area schools, clients appreciate Diane’s direct, no-nonsense approach to the real estate process and her financial savvy when it comes to negotiating one of the most important investment decisions of their lives.
