About Diane

Diane is a Cabarrus County native. Diane grew up loving all things the community has to offer. She resides in Cabarrus County with her sweet puppy Tate - who many know as the Team Honeycutt Mascot. Many describe Diane as the area’s top producing Realtor® and number one community advocate and cheerleader. When she is not closing a deal or serving as a Cabarrus County Commissioner, she loves trips to the beach and time spent with her great nephews.

As the daughter of a highly successful real estate professional, Diane believes her inherited exposure to real estate inspired her sincere interest, knowledge, and experience in the industry. This led to the birth of Team Honeycutt that Diane proudly leads and is consistently recognized as one of the Top 250 Teams in the USA, as seen in the Wall Street Journal.

Diane started Team Honeycutt with her mother, Betty Honeycutt, in 1990. Since then, they have brought on multiple talented agents and administration to make the Team Honeycutt experience one to remember.
