A long-term resident of Southern Maine, she has owned several homes and investment properties in the Seacoast area and has a great understanding of the uniqueness of the communities in Southern NH and Maine. Following her 20+ year career as a Sales Account Manager for a Fortune 500 Company helping people find products that fit their needs, Diane now brings this strength to every single real estate transaction.

Whether it is helping people find their forever home or their perfect investment, Diane makes sure she understands client’s expectations to fully deliver results and build relationships over the long term. In addition to her work ethic, her knowledge of the home and design market gives her a unique vision to see possibilities that might otherwise be overlooked, and paint the picture for clients. With a passion for understanding the ‘why’ behind her clients’ desires to buy or sell, Diane facilitates real estate transactions that are straightforward, stress-free, and enjoyable. She puts her clients at ease with her knowledge, clarity, and willingness to go above and beyond.

Diane is a York resident, a wife, mother to four wonderful children, and two amazing granddaughters. She enjoys running, hiking, playing pickleball, exploring the outdoors, and is passionate about gardening and landscape, as well as interior design in her own home. Caring for her two labs and tending to her chicken coop brings her immense joy. In addition to her passions, she is devoted to volunteering in the support of the fight against Alzheimer’s alongside the Alzheimer’s Association.
