Diane McMillin was so wonderful. She listened to our needs, our desires and hopes and happily worked to take care of us and all of our expectations. She led us fully through the entire process. She was always available to help, council, and explain whatever we needed. We would wholeheartedly recommend Diane to anyone entering the real estate arena. We were referred to Diane by my sister-in-law, and we are so thankful we ended up with Diane as our realtor. She stuck it through with us for many months and many showings. We had a couple hurdles to work with since we were using a VA loan and a tight budget. Her knowledge on VA loan requirements was very helpful and helped us narrow our search and eventually purchase our home. Diane is flexible, responsive, personable and brings a lot of knowledge to the housing market. We would definitely have Diane as our agent in the future when the need arises. Diane went above and beyond all expectations that we had when it came time to finding our dream home. She was resilient in helping us find the perfect home by showing us more than 10 properties over a 9 month time frame. She was patient with all of our requests, super responsive to our excessive messages and questions, prompt and timely for all communications, and above all else professional and friendly through the whole process. We not only found our dream home but we got an excellent price and had Diane’s expertise to rely on through the entire process; putting our minds at ease and helping us to enjoy the home-buying process. If you're looking for an honest realtor who genuinely cares, and will take the time to make sure that she's there for you and wants to help you in every way she can, then I would recommend Diane McMillin.
I used her as both a representative as buyer, and again when we sold. We went through a couple of rough patches, and she always had her head in the game. She's always positive and smiling, and if she didn't know an answer or something, she made it her business to find out.
