Diane Sterling sets the gold standard for service to her customers and clients.

I think I know about good practices in real estate. I am a 46-year veteran Realtor in Kansas. When a dear friend was moving to Orlando, I Googled highly credentialed Realtors there to find help for my friend. I "met" several impressive Realtors in telephone interviews, but no one stepped up to be as helpful, thoughtful, diligent, and generous with time, advice, and resources as Diane was and is.

Diane left no stone unturned in finding the right home for my friend, but her attentions didn't end there. Her gentle guidance has proven to be priceless. She researched resources for special educational needs, she shared her own wealth of knowledge about life in Orlando, and she sought out written materials to help Kansans understand more and more. She proved herself to be smart about evaluating houses in both price and condition.

Diane's communication has been 100%. She speaks well. She writes well. She responds to every message. Even on a holiday. Even when she was ill. She has done everything possible to make a difficult (aren't they all difficult?!) move as easy as it could possibly be.

I am grateful forever for Diane's good care for my friends. I am in awe of her time and attention given the fact that she maintains a very, very high pace of sales volume. Among Realtors I have known (many), I have never witnessed better service. Ever.
