About Dianne

Dianne is a lifelong residence of Middle Tennessee; this makes her very knowledgeable of her market area & the surrounding areas. Dianne grew up in a large family on a working farm. Her dad was a farmer, cattle/horse trader, plus the area veterinarian. Going with her dad as he traded with people, & also because her older brother was a local real estate agent & auctioneer she grew up around working with the public & the real estate business.

By Dianne having these experiences in sales through her fathers & brothers businesses she knew a sales career & working with people was what she enjoyed. Her first job at age 16 was working weekends, holiday breaks, & summers at a local department store. After high school Dianne married Steve Arnold her high school sweetheart. Dianne majored in marketing & accounting in college. Dianne & Steve had two sons Mark & Clint. During the high demand years of the boys life Dianne worked as an area supervisor with a ladies apparel company & traveled an average of 1,500 to 2,000 miles a week. Steve worked nights & it was very hard for Dianne to get the boy's to everything. This was the deciding factor for Dianne to sale real estate. She has been selling 29 years & has been in the top 10% of both Middle TN & Coldwell Banker agents internationally wide. Dianne stays up-to-date on technology & financing to best help her clients.
