About Dianne

Dianne Dibley’s career began in the aviation industry, as a flight attendant and also working for Saudia in community development and event organization for the expatriate community in Saudi Arabia. After a less-than-ideal experience with a broker, Dianne decided to pursue a career in real estate, confident she could succeed with her skillset. Twenty two years later, Dianne currently works out of the Port Orchard John L. Scott office and said she loves the growth and constant education opportunities that the company and industry provides her.

Dianne’s client goals include making homeownership affordable for all, going beyond the call of duty with clients and giving clients peace of mind during one of the biggest purchases they’re likely to make in their lifetime. She often deals with first-time buyers. seniors and investors, and says that trust, honesty and integrity all play a big role in why clients choose to work with her. Her biggest career inspiration is J. Lennox Scott, John L. Scott’s Chairman and CEO – she says his enthusiasm, care and dedication to self-development are major parts of why she’s with John L. Scott.

For Dianne, real estate is more than just a job – it’s a passion. Her motto is “Realtor for Life,” and she finds satisfaction beyond measure in getting to know a client, helping them through the buying or selling process and making their dreams come true. Besides real estate, Dianne enjoys working on home improvement projects, travel, playing bingo and spending time with her family.
