About Dianne

She began her real estate career in California's Bay Area with Coldwell Banker. Previously, she managed a community of over three hundred residences in a new construction development; her experience with contractors, blueprints and structural issues continues to assist current real estate clients. After years of visiting family in Durango, she made the dream of living here a reality. She has an extensive background with the Horses for Handicapped program first through years of volunteering, then after attending the University of Florida, returning to the program as a member of the board of directors, and a Program Director. Using her expertise in equine studies and kinesiology she became a Special Olympics coach. This equine experience refined her diligence, and ability to facilitate transactions smoothly between multiple parties. Her professional commitment is to do the absolute best for both her buyers and sellers through data comparison between the clients' needs and available options.
