Dianne Hovermale

Prior to entering real estate in 2017, Dianne enjoyed a successful career in healthcare sales and marketing, as well as leading several non-profits in expanding their fundraising efforts.



Dianne is a lifelong Grant County, Indiana resident and a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. Passionate about service and community, Dianne currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors of Greater Grant County Chamber of Commerce. She has been an active part of Women’s Life and led efforts to raise significant funds to build in-home access to books for Grant County preschool children.



Dianne lives in Upland with her husband, Perry. She loves entertaining, traveling, hiking, camping and any activity involving their blended family of seven adult children and six grandchildren.



With her perpetual positive attitude, Dianne has largely built her real estate business on referrals from clients who appreciate her knowledge, negotiation skills and excellent service. Dianne is a member of the Realtors Association of Central Indiana (RACI) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
