Dick Phelps

Dick has been a realtor with Century 21 for 10 years. He especially enjoys his career in real estate for the same reasons he enjoyed my years of teaching; involvement with and helping people reach their goals. At school, it was achieving success in the classroom or field of competition. In real estate, it's guiding them in one of, if not the largest financial move they will make, buying or selling a home.

Dick has been a resident of Bemidji for over 30 years. Him and his wife, Tammy, have three daughters and stay active in church and community. Dick is a graduate of University of Minnesota, Morris (B.S.) and Bemidji State University (M.S.) He uses an aggressive approach to selling home, using numerous open houses, extensive private ads, and individual websites for properties.
