We've worked with other realtors before but never have we ever, come across someone so genuine. This was an emotional sale for our mother who has experienced some decline in her health and needed to downsize. Richard was incredibly patient and kind. Although it would have been easier for our mom to have a notary come to her assisted living facility to sign documents, Richard understood how important the closing and meeting the new owners was to her, so he made sure she could be present. Afterwards, she was so grateful she hugged him and thanked him for being like a son to her. It is apparent that he possesses tremendous depth of knowledge about real estate, and he worked with our family to help get the house on the market and sold quickly. I can't say enough wonderful things about Richard Stoner.
