We actually found Diense through an online search and what a happy accident it was, Not only was she very easy to work with she worked around our busy schedule and showed us houses late evenings and on the weekend. She was very genuine and had integrity as she guided us through every step of the home buying process. Could not recommend her enough!!

Denise is such a rockstar! My finace' and I were purchasing our first home together in CHI and were very nervous. We were unaware of the legalities of purchasing (as we aren't from Illinois) and all of the other agents we'd worked with were pushy, trying to show us properties outside of our budget and unresponsive.

Denise made us feel so comfortable and informed through the entire process. She was patient and honest about her opinions on properties (which we appreciated). Above all else, she simply listened to what we wanted and our budget and respected that.

After searching through hundreds of homes for 6 months on our own, she found our dream home in 2 visits. She was even so kind as to virtually show us a home when we were out of town.

I would recommend Baird and Warner and ESPECIALLY Diense to anyone. We wouldn't work with any other agent.

If you don't work with her, you're missing out.

What can I say about Diense!! SHE IS AMAZING!! My boyfriend and I found the perfect townhome for our first home together and the minute we reached out to Diense she was so kind, communicative, responsive. She was very straightforward (in a good way) letting us know there were other people looking at the townhome but she made it happen and got us the place!

I can't wait to keep working with Diense. She will be who I contact when it comes time to purchase our first home!
