Dina Nichols helped me find my dream home! I was in a situation where I had to sell my current home before I could buy a new one. Once my home sold, Dina treated me as if I was her only client. She answered my many MANY questions, all the while being honest, kind and extremely respectful. I’ve recommended Dina to several friends and they were thrilled with her. It’s been over 5 years since I bought and Dina still calls to check in. She is truly the BEST!!!

I met Dina Nichols when she sold my parents’ house in Boylston after their deaths. The house was a complete disaster—in disrepair, stuck in the 80s, and full of clutter. A friend recommended Dina as a top-notch realtor (she had sold their house across the street). From the start, Dina helped me see the potential for my parents’ house—how small changes could make it appeal to more buyers. Based on her advice, I had repairs and cosmetic work done that increased the value of the house by $100,000! And here’s the best part! When the house went on the market, it was stunning, staged beautifully by Dina and her crew. Within a few days, I received multiple offers and eventually sold the house for $30,000 over asking price. A huge success by any standards! I owe it all to Dina. She saw the potential and helped me make it happen. It goes without saying that Dina is extremely good at her job. She’s hardworking, honest, skilled at negotiation, and super smart. Throughout the process, she was there for me every step of the way. Many times she even showed up with a bucket of cleaning supplies to help out! What realtor does that? If you haven’t guessed it already, Dina is the best of the best. She’s a wonderful, caring, and kind person too. Anyone would be lucky to work with her. I know I was.

Dina helped my husband and I buy our first house 5 ½ years ago. She was endlessly patient as we looked at dozens of houses in several different towns. She answered every question we had throughout the buying process and always had recommendations and suggestions that were helpful. After we closed, Dina stayed in contact with us and checked in periodically. She has been willing to show us (including our two toddlers!) houses as we start the process of moving again. Dina gives her honest opinion about things and we have come to trust her recommendations. If she sees something that might be a concern, she alerts us. Having said that, Dina allows us to make our own judgments about properties and I have never felt as though she is pushing us in one direction or the other. Dina is incredibly responsive to texts, calls, and emails. We never felt as though we were bothering her. At the same time, she is very respectful of boundaries and never pushed us to make a decision before we were ready.

We have told many friends about our very positive experience working with Dina and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
