Me and my girlfriend are first time homebuyers. We were nervous, full of questions and quite honestly scared. Dionne basically held our hands through the entire process. Any questions, comments, and concerns we had she was able to answer swiftly and without hesitation. Dionne made a Long drawn out process as painless as possible. We truly appreciate the services she has provided for us. Any house we wanted to see, she set us up to view with in MINUTES of asking about the property. My fiancé and I closed and moved into our first home December 2021. As first time homeowners we knew exactly what we wanted, the amount that we hoped to pay and the areas that we hoped to move into. Dionne was amazing in sending us listings that were the exact homes that we had in mind and was always available for our many questions. She was extremely patient and available to show us any of the homes that we wanted to see. She gave great advice to understand why some houses were listed what they were, such as high taxes, which prevented us from selecting a home that would have unexpected expenses. When we viewed the home we ended up selecting Dionne also knew it was the perfect home for us. We unfortunately didn’t have our offer accepted and we were all devastated because we knew it was an amazing offer. The offer that was selected over ours fell through so we ended up getting it and had Dionne’s help to understand the stressful closing process. She’s extremely personable while remaining professional and felt more like a friend than a realtor, but a friend that wouldn’t steer you the wrong way and would make sure to help you find the perfect home because she understands just what you need. We would strongly recommend Dionne in the future and thank her so much for being part of our journey!
