If you are looking to buy or sell a home look no further. I came to Dionne as a first time home buyer with zero to little knowledge about real estate and after trying what I thought was an experienced realtor which was an epic fail. From our very first introduction Dionne got to know what I was looking for, what I like, what I don’t like, the areas and that was her focus. Dionne is assertive, professional, and always available to you. A do’er. Time is of the essence when purchasing and you won’t have to worry she’s fast and accurate. From our initial contract she explained everything to me the fine print included. Going under contract she explained. My inspection she explained. My appraisal she explained. My closing she explained. I’m talking about thoroughly for me to understand. Finding her was like an angel being sent to my family because my experience before her was not great. If you have a question ask her, if she don’t have the answer which I doubt, she will find it. Dionne works for you and you will know it. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone. First time buyers a must. Sellers a must. It really doesn’t matter cause she’s that good. She educates you through this process. I have learned so much. I feel like I know a little something now. If Dionne misses your call which I doubt, she calls right back, text, email whatever your preference. On the day I wanted to make my big decision after us seeing my home she drove back to meet me 30 mins or more away to make sure I was sure and ready. That’s going that extra mile. Above and Beyond. Dionne when you see this review you will find out you are stuck with me for life. It’s really nice having someone so knowledgable, skilled, and experienced in the real estate world around you. World’s Best Realtor goes to Dionne. My only regret was that I didn’t meet her sooner because buying a home became a breeze after meeting her. From the bottom of my heart Thank You! You have changed my life, my kids, and my family lives for the better. You welcomed me to the home owner life!!!!!

Words can not express my gratitude for Dionne. Prior to meeting Dionne, we interviewed multiple realtors, but no one compared to her. I thought this process was going to be a nightmare considering we had to relocate for work, but Dionne made the home selling process a dream. From her words of encouragement on rough days, like getting the inspector/appraiser report and realizing there's more repairs to be done, to ensuring that there was a team to complete everything that needed to be done in accordance to the regulations all while being an advocate for me during negotiations. The only issue I have had with Dionne is that she's not licensed in the state that we relocated to, although she has promised to help me find a good realtor here, no one will compare to her and her team. A million thank-yous will never be enough to say how much she has done for my family and I.

Well my wife and I experienced a very sudden death in the family. We were distraught and grieving and confused about what’s next . Dionne Wainwright Powell was asked to step in and help us out doing a very difficult time . Mrs Powell not only comforted us during a difficult time but her realtor expertise was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE IF I COULD GIVE HER 10 STARS I WOULD . She was very very knowledgeable about the sale of our Estate property and held our hand and guided us thru the whole process from start to the finish line .

Due to health concerns my mom moved in with me suddenly and after 2 months we decided to sell her home. There’s a lot of emotion attached to sale of a home you’ve lived in for more than 50 years so I wanted someone sensitive, and yet bring in the best price rather quickly. I called Dionne. First impression - very very very personable. But what realtor isn’t, right? We started talking contracts next. Standard sellers contract binds the seller to the realtor for 6 months. I said, let’s revise to 3 months (because I’m thinking if you haven’t sold it in 3 months, I’m moving to next). She laughed and said “I’ll revise the contract but I’m telling you this house will sell in 2 weeks.” I’m thinking, confident? arrogant? Either way, I love it! Long story short, I did everything she asked me to do to bring the asking price, she staged and arranged landscaping (and provided landscaping as a gift, by the way), she held the open house on a Saturday, and by Tuesday had 11 offers and a contract. Closing was less than a month afterwards. Yes, sign with Dionne! She’ll make you feel like you’re her one and only client. And she’ll get your property sold!

What can I say about a realtor who has the best interest of the buyer and the seller. I personally know because I have sold a property and brought a property with this realtor over the years of using her. She does not push you to go through with anything unless you are comfortable in the entire process. Dionne has been able to give sound advice, prepare you for the process step by step from beginning to end. She also gives a gift to the buyer and the seller at the settlement table and none of the realtors are doing anything like that! Trust me this is the person you want to represent you as a client!
